‍‍秦皇岛是一座美丽的海滨城市，具有丰富的旅游资源。本案位于秦皇岛北戴河的北部新城，距离北戴河火车站仅两公里左右，交通便利。景观面积50000平方米。由于北戴河历史文化悠久，秦文化对北戴河有着深远的影响，设计提取了秦文化中的长生、竹简、长城、行宫等进行演绎，形成特色主题乐园。同时，项目以城市设计的高度，契合北部新城发展战略定位--生态宜居之城、魅力休闲之城、智慧创新之城。围绕这一宏大的战略定位作出空间、文化、景观、功能等各个方面的大力提升。设计体现低碳、环保、生态理念，融合文化、科技、民生等各个方面的元素，协调文化建筑。建成后的主题公园将成为北戴河的城市新地标。

‍‍Qinhuangdao is a beautiful coastal city, with rich tourism resources. This project is located in North New Town of Beidaihe District,Qinhuangdao,with convenient traffic, 2km from the railway station. The landscape area of this project is around 50,000 m2. Because of long history and rich cultureof Beidaihe City, Qin culture has a deep influence on the city. Therefore, we extract key elements from Qin culture, such as desire for longevity,bamboo slips, the Great Wall, imperial palace, and use them in the design, creating a characteristic landscape in the theme park. Meantime in urbandesign level, this project fits the development strategy position of North New Town - ecological and livable town, charming and leisure town, smartand innovative town. Around this grand strategy position, the project is aimed to improve all aspects such as space, culture, landscape, function, etc.The landscape design reflects the philosophy of low-carbon, environmental protection, ecological system, and integrate elements of culture, scienceand technology. When completed, this theme park will become a new landmark of North New Town of Beidaihe.‍‍
