‍‍项目位于海南省琼海市，由琼海市规划建设局投资建设，景观面积17平方公里。设计以风貌独特的山水大环境为载体，以万泉河滨水景观和官塘温泉为天然优势，以原有聚落特色风情小镇为基础，以大力发展生态旅游产业和营造宜居环境为核心，以优美靓丽的城市景观为特色，以生态可持续发展为途径，实现城乡一体化协调发展。抓住历史机遇，携手博鳌品牌，将琼海市打造为国际知名生态型旅游城市。

‍‍The project, located in Qionghai City, Hainan Province, is invested by municipal Planning and Construction Bureau. Total area of this project stretches to seventeen square kilometers. The design combines the local tribal towns with the natural environment, namely the unique mountainous view, the breathtaking scenery of the riverbanks and Guantang Hot Spring. The project, featuring beautiful urban landscape, follows a sustainable development path to promote ecotourism, narrow urban-rural gap, and evolve itself into a more livable place. Qionghai City is to leverage its proximity to Boao Town to develop itself to bea world-known city where the practices of ecotourism apply.‍‍‍‍
