‍‍项目位于北京通州，环渤海经济圈的重要位置，是北京联接京津唐的门户区域，承载着服务全国、面向世界提高城市核心功能和综合竞争力的城市职能。项目共分五个地块，景观面积38000平方米，拥有五河交汇的特有景观。设计以“运河印象”为理念，以 “聚世界侨商风采，承运河千年古韵”为定位，将文化和艺术相互融合，进而增加景观的互动性与体验感，成就现代的、轻松的独特空间。建成后的侨商中心将会成为多元化的高端商务办公商业中心。

‍‍The project is located in Tongzhou District, Beijing, a important position of Bohai Bay Economic Rim, and Beijing’s portal to connect with Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan economic development area. It serves the country and the world, and bears the responsibility to improve the city’s core functionsandcomprehensive competitiveness. The project site is divided into 5 plots, with landscape area of 38,000 m2 featuring the confluence of five rivers. The landscape design draws concept from “Canal Impression”, aiming to “gather overseas Chinese merchants, inherit the ancient canal culture”. It integrates culture and art, enhances interactive experience, and creates a modern and relax space for people. When completed, the Overseas Chinese Merchants Center will become a multifunction high-end office and commercial center.‍‍‍‍
