项目位于北京延庆县县城西南，景观面积43,000平方米，是由北京八达岭经济开发区管理委员会开发的高科技办公园区。园区内设计了大量的太阳能装置——太阳花，为园区提供新能源。在绿植选用上，减少乔木以及灌木数量，使宅间更加通透，避免形成绿树成荫的效果，同时加强地被种植风格，增加宿根类花卉、近水生植物，增加有色树种，围合建筑的绿篱宽度增加到1米，形成花园式办公的效果 。

The project is located in Badaling, in the southwest of Yanqing County. The building development unit is Beijing Badaling Economic Development Zone Management Committee and the landscape area is of 43,000 square meters. This project aims to be a demonstration site for modern industries about renewable energy and environmental protection. The landscape design is characterized by the fusion of simple lines and stylish rhythm with the utilization of renewable energy and environmentally friendly materials, delineating the contours of concise, but the simple green spaces help create a more international and environment friendly visual image for this site.
